Upon order confirmation a Les Poochs customer service specialist will FedEx to you a measurement collar which will enable you to precisely measure your dog's neck size. Then the collar will be sent to our leather craftsmans who will custom make your Les Poochs collar. Your dog's name and information will be engraved on our white gold name tag.
